Worldwide Economy Shipping
Vuty Design provides 5$ flat-rate for worldwide shipping and free for orders over than 20$ using Economy Shipping and also provides a tracking code for our customers to track orders. We provide our shipping through Korea Post and we can ship to over than 200 countries in the world.
EMS (Expedited) Shipping
For faster shipment, you may use EMS Shipping. You need to pay additional 25$ for this shipping option. It generally takes about 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

How to Track Your Order
Tracking codes will be sent to customers with shipping confirmation message from us. Visit the following link and track your orders.
Put the tracking number on "Item Number" and change "Tracking Type" to "International Registered Item" for Economy Shipping. Then click the "Search" button.
Regarding Delivery Issues for Delayed, Lost, or Returned Packages
1. EMS (Expedited) Shipping
For EMS shipping option, buyers need to be present and sign to receive packages. Local post office will try only 2 or 3 times to deliver the packages, so, if buyers don’t receive your order in 7 business days after our shipping confirmation email, buyers need to find tracking information on local post office websites or to contact local post offices to locate the packages. If you have any trouble to locate your order, please let us know immediately. If packages are returned due to delivery failure, we do not refund the original shipping costs.
2. Economy Shipping
Usually it takes up to 2 or 3 weeks to receive packages after we ship from Korea, but it might take longer (more than 30 days) due to high shipping volume during holiday or weather conditions. We accept a request to investigate as lost in shipment only 40 days after we ship from Korea. Upon this request, we will contact Korea Post office to locate the packages. It takes 7 to 30 days for us to receive updates from the post office. Based on the updates, if we find that packages are lost and the reason of loss is our fault, we will compensate for you order.
If packages are returned due to buyers’ faults (e.g. wrong shipping addresses), we will refund your order after deducting 5$ for shipping charge.
International Buyers - Note for Custom Fees and Import Duties
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge. These charges are always the buyers' responsibility. Please consult with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be if you have any concern.
Our company has a right to cancel your order before shipping due to technical difficulties from the shipping service company. In this case, customers will be notified and get full refund.
